Do you offer management services?

We do but only take on new properties to manage on a case by case basis. While we would love to say yes to everyone, we pride ourselves on prioritizing quality over quantity. If this is an additional need, contact us to determine.

Just a flat fee?

Yup! Industry standard has been first month’s rent but we have our own standards. Our approach allows us to offer consistent quality work. Companies may prioritize their client’s needs depending on who has the higher rental income, not us. Once hired, you become the priority.

Yes, for our tenant placement services we cover all of Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Polk, and Osceola County.
